We’re a society that is hoping to make a real impact on your day-to-day life. Our society allows you to explore the edges of (or the ever-growing) knowledge of meditation and mindfulness. We will try to help you become more mindful and feel at ease at the pace life is going. Once we’re in university most of us feel like we need to get our life together fast but our society will help explore why we feel that way and how we’re able to be comfortable where we are and still strive for the best possible outcome. So come and join our society, practicing mindfulness is not always all mantras & sitting still!
